一、 宿舍申請行事曆:
I. Schedule for students to apply for the dorm:
(一)107年4月16日(星期一)9時起至107年5月4日(星期五)16時止上網申請宿舍。
1. Online Application: 9 AM, April 16th 2018 (Monday) to 4 PM, May 4th 2018 (Friday)
(二)107年5月10日(星期四)11時抽籤,5月10日(星期四)17時開放網路查詢抽籤結果。
2. Lots Drawing: 11 AM, May 10th 2018 (Thursday). Results will be available for checking online at 5 PM on May 10th 2018 (Thursday).

三、錄取名額:
(一)大學部學生(含僑生、陸生)男學生171床、女學生206床(含宿舍幹部及書院助理)。
(二)研究生舊生男、女各10床。
(三)外籍生(學位生、研究生)男、女各50床。

四、宿舍抽籤方式:
於107年5月10日(星期四)上午11點於學務處會議室抽籤,以公開方式抽出(有意願見證抽籤過程的同學可於上述時間到場參加)。
IV. How to Draw Lots:
Lots will be casted publicly in the meeting room of Office of Student Affairs at 11 AM on May 10th 2018 (Thursday). Students who want to witness the drawing process can attend at the above time.
五、公告方式及日期:床位錄取名單訂於107年5月10日(星期四)17時開放網路查詢。
V. Date and Method of Announcement:
Name lists for bed admission will be available online for checking at 5 PM on May 10th 2018 (Friday).
六、申請資格及宿舍分配之優先順序:
宿舍分配之優先順序按申請者指定之宿舍,並依下列順序分配宿舍,床位不足,則抽籤分配之:
VI. Application Qualification and Priority for Dorm Allocation:
Priority for dorm allocation is based on the dorm indicated by the applicant. The dorm will be allocated on the basis of the following order. The allocation will be processed by drawing lots if the dorms are not sufficient.
(一) 政府立案之低收入戶與中低收入戶子女(須檢附鄉鎮區公所證明,由學務處審核)。
1. Students with low- income household or middle-to-low-income household proof issued by government. Applicants need to provide the proof, which will be verified by the Office of Student Affairs.
(二)身心障礙生(持有身心障礙卡者,由學務處審核)。
2. Students who are mentally or physically disabled. Applicants need to provide the disability card, which will be verified by the Office of Student Affairs.
(三)離島養成教育公費生及原住民地方養成教育公費生(由教務處審核)。
3. State-financed students who are from outlying island or who are indigenous. (verified by the Office of Academic Affairs)
(四)公費僑生或清寒僑生(由僑生業務承辦人審核)。
4. State-financed overseas Chinese students or those whose families are in strained circumstances (verified by the staff who is in charge of overseas Chinese students).
(五)遭逢天災、意外等特殊事故,經專案核准住宿者(由學務處審核,學生不得自填此項)。
5. Residents who encounter natural disasters or accidents and are approved as special cases. (verified by the Office of Student Affairs. Students are not allowed to fill in this item.)
(六)現任宿舍自治會成員及書院助理。
6. Current members of KMU Dormitory Committee and assistants from KMU Academy of Life.
(七)大一新生及轉學生。
7. Freshmen and transferring students.
(八)境外生。
8. International students.
(九)其他但不包括:1.在職專班學生。2.學士後學制學生。3.設籍於本校周遭可通勤地區【新興區、前金區、苓雅區、鹽埕區、鼓山區、前鎮區、三民區、楠梓區、小港區、左營區、鳳山區、鳥松區、大寮區】之學生。
9. Others except for:
(1) students who are registered in on-the-job training programs
(2) post-baccalaureate students
(3) students whose permanent residency is registered in either one of
the following districts: Sinsing District, Cianjin District, Lingya
District, YanCheng District, Gushan District, Cianjhen District, Sanmin
District, Nanzih District, Siaogang District, Zuoying District, Fongshan
District, Niaosong District, Daliao District.
七、住宿生需遵守「宿舍輔導及管理辦法」相關規定,無法配合的同學請勿申請住宿,以免遭受處份。
VII. Residents need to comply with the Regulations on Dormitory Management and Guidance. Those who cannot comply shall not apply for the dorm, otherwise you will be punished for not following the regulations.
※ 具有特殊身份學生(例:低收入戶、中低收入戶、殘障同學與特殊專案)需由學務處審核者,請將證明文件正本送至學務處生輔組審核,證件不全者不受理其特殊身分。(於5月4日前送交學務處)
* Students with special identity (e.g. low- income household, middle-to-low-income household, mental or physical disabilities, or those with special cases) need verification from the Office of Student Affairs should provide an original of the documentary proof to Division of Student Assistance, Office of Students Affairs. Incomplete document will not be accepted. (deadline for submission: May 4th)
八、空調與熱水管制方案:為遵守教育部節約能源政策,學校實施冷氣時段管制,住宿學生必須配合冷氣管制政策,另宿舍熱水、寢室大燈配合總務處規定辦理。
VIII. Air-conditioning and hot water control: to comply with the government policy to conserve energy, there will be restricted operating hours for air-conditioning system. Residents need to comply with KMU’s air-conditioning rationing policy. The control of the hot water and the major light in the room will be subject to the provisions of Office of General Affairs.
九、申請住宿期間以一學年為原則,繳費則分上、下學期繳費(上學期繳費含寒假期間),各館宿舍收費如下:
Application for student dormitory is a yearly process, meaning application is only required once every academic year. Payment, however, is done by semester, with payment for the first semester being inclusive of winter break. The dormitory fees for the respective Houses are as follows:

X. The dorm internet fee is subject to the provisions of Office of Library and Information Services.
